TIARA Talent Acquisition Awards US 2022 – open for entries

It is my pleasure to announce that the TIARA Talent Acquisition Awards US 2022 are now open for entries.

It has been another truly remarkable year, and talent acquisition teams have had to be incredibly agile in responding to organizational and market changes.

We are delighted to have the opportunity to spotlight and celebrate the fantastic work that talent acquisition teams have delivered this year.

For some, there have been exciting opportunities to have a greater impact than ever before. For others, this last year has been an existential threat to their businesses, and they have been forced to adapt and transform.

Personally, I have always been a great believer that people and teams do their best work when they are faced with their biggest challenges.

At TALiNT Partners we decided it was the perfect time to evolve our established TIARA awards program to recognize and celebrate those in-house teams who have truly shone.

The TIARAs are now the biggest global awards series and have become the byword for excellence and innovation in service delivery for staffing firms, RPO’s and Talent Tech providers. The Talent Acquisition TIARAs will do the same for the United States’ best employers.

So, for the last few months we have been busy designing an awards campaign that will not only achieve this but will give meaningful feedback, not just to the winners but to all the finalists.

The Awards categories offer recognition of excellence across all areas of talent acquisition, with a focus on critical resourcing activities that have driven transformation and organizational effectiveness.

We will capture some of the best and most innovative work you have been doing and share this in our winners supplement of TALiNT International.

We have made the entry process straightforward in order that you can easily showcase your achievements through the tailored entry questions in each category.

You can find more information and enter here.

Winners will be revealed at the Awards Ceremony on Thursday 23rd June. Given the current restrictions, a decision will be made regarding a virtual awards ceremony in due course.
