This year’s finalists have showcased the ways in which organizations are responding to a rapidly changing talent environment, from adopting new technologies and AI-driven solutions to improving candidate experience, strengthening employer brands and developing more effective approaches to talent acquisition.

The shortlisted entries will now be scored by our independent panel of judges, ahead of the judging day, which will be held in October.
The 2026 Ceremony will take place on Thursday, November 5 in Atlanta, Georgia, bringing together senior Talent Acquisition, HR and talent technology leaders from across the US.
The 2-day conference will provide an opportunity for talent leaders to connect, share insights and explore the trends and challenges shaping the future of talent acquisition.
