This year there are 8 award categories which offer recognition of excellence across all areas of talent acquisition, with a focus on critical resourcing activities that have driven transformation and organizational effectiveness.

A unique aspect of the TIARAs is that all finalists receive detailed, confidential feedback from our judging panel, something which our entrants find a valuable part of their TIARA experience. This year our impressive and influential panel of judges, from companies including CareerXroads, Citizens Bank and Richemont, will follow our rigorous judging process to decide the winners in 8 categories, plus our Judges Choice Award – The Overall Achievement in TA Award.
The 2023 TIARA Talent Acquisition Awards will be held as the culmination of our 2-day Talent & TIARAs event in Dallas at the end of the year.
