The Talent Acquisition & Talent Tech Awards celebrate excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth in both HR technology and talent acquisition, giving the opportunity to showcase their outstanding work across a range of award categories.

Entry Guidelines
To increase your chances of being shortlisted:
- Register on our award entry platform
- You can work through your entry through our event management system, where you can save, amend, submit and pay all within the system
- Carefully read the criteria for each award category
- Provide all relevant information in each section
- Each question has a word count, do not exceed
- There is an opportunity to provide supporting information
- There is a fee of $375 per entry and only paid for entries will be submitted for judging

- This award recognizes the most impactful use of technology either through implementing a new tech solution or using existing tech in an innovative way.
The DE&I award
- This award recognizes the value and impact of policies and initatives to promote greater diversity, eqality and inclusion driven by the TA function.
THE recruitment marketing campaign of the year
- This award recognizes an innovative, creative and successful campaign which meets the needs of the organization's talent strategy and delivers a unique candidate attraction story.
The excellence in onboarding award
- This award recognizes creativity, exceptional performance and outstanding delivery of a high-quality onboarding experience for new employees.
THE Long-term partnership award
- This award recognizes TA teams that have built a strong, long-standing partnership with their RPO or technology provider for at least five years, demonstrating sustained success, continuous improvement, and transformation.
